The fact that fraternal Organizations in Guyana are experiencing a diminished membership base, it seems that its effects are thinning out and getting weaker and weaker and I am of the opinion that if Fraternity is to fulfill its mission there needs to be some consolidation of either the the various Fraternities or splinter groups of the various fraternities.

I am of the strong opinion that Fraternities are not doing or fulfilling their said mission. This I strongly believe is due to the lack of visionary leadership and the lack of enthusiasm among the membership for any real progress as a force for change and direction among our people. ... SAD!
